Mani Monday

Good Morning lovelies! I hope this Monday morning finds you all healthy and happy. I tried to hide under my covers from it, but didn't succeed. haha. So on with my day... Today is Mani Monday! Woot. I've so missed mani monday! I love looking at all the beautiful manicures that people link up! It's so much fun! However, lately I haven't done a manicure because I am trying to get my nails healthy again. Does anyone else suffer from weak nails that peel? Its so annoying. Nothing makes me madder than having a fresh manicure and it getting messed up by my nails peeling or breaking. If anyone has a miracle cure for week peeling nails please share because I hate when my nails are naked! So my manicures are on a hiatus right now to hopefully heal them up a bit, but I want to share you a few of my favorite manis that I have done in the past. 

I am a huge fan of leopard print!

And to combine it with a bright bold color looks so chic!

Never can go wrong with gold polka dots and an accent nail.

Mani Monday- Ikat Nails

Hello beauties!

I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend! 

Mine was very depressing, but that's a story for another day.

Today, I want to show you my fancy phalanges! 

There are so many beautiful nail designs out there and I can't wait to try my hand at each of them, but one that I just had to try right now was the Ikat nails. This design is so eye catching and so easy to do!

I wanted to do a little tutorial on it, but I just didn't get to it. 

So, I will share this fantastic video with you.

I am Classic with a Twist, but I wouldn't mind being all of the choices.

Happy Monday Beauties!

I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend!Mine was pleasant and well worth the wait. I got to spend the entire weekend with my hubby and kiddos. It was fabulous. Did you do anything exciting this weekend?
So this week, I didn't do anything fancy with the nails because I was too eager to play with the Wacom Graphic Tablet that my sister let me test out. Its so much fun! I am anxious to show off the fun stuff that I have come up with, but you'll just have to wait and see! Since I was busy playing with the tablet I decided to go with my trust glitter accent nail this week. I found this pretty purple by Wet N Wild that I just had to pick up. I am all for trying out the cheap polishes because why spend the money if its not the color for you. Anyway, here's this weeks nails...

The photos don't do this color justice. It is more purple-y? haha

Also, I should have used a silver or gold glitter instead of white. 

Oh well.

Mani Monday

Happy Monday, friends!I have been finding so many awesome manicures over the last few weeks by joining the Mani Monday blog hop. There are so many talented ladies out there and they are just fueling my obsession with nails. I even got my husband to agree to letting me purchase a new nail polish a week. Yes, I am becoming an addict. I wish I had more time to get really creative with my nails, but  the little dude doesn't quite let that happen. 

This week I decided to be colorful. So I did a striped water color nail to accent the pink.

Mani Monday.

Hello lovelies! How was your weekend? Mine was spent in the sweltering heat without any electricity. We had a crazy-ass storm roll through Friday evening. Its said that it was the equivalent of a hurricane. My family and I were lucky to get our electric back on early Sunday morning. My mom is still without electric and they are saying that it might be up to a couple weeks until it comes back on. I feel so awful for them, but luckily they are going to be at the beach this week for my step-sister's wedding (which I wasn't invited to-yeah I'm just a tad sore about that.) 
Well, I am so happy to be back online! And I'm just in time to show off my nails and to show off a few nails that I am loving.

Hello lovelies!
Its time for another Mani Monday with the ever so lovely Glitter and Gloss and Justove.ly . And oh my goodness! The gorgeous Heather from Glitter and Gloss just favorited my nails from last week! Yay! I feel so honored! hehe.
This weeks nails are done with Revlon's Penthouse Pink, top coat, and silver glitter! :D I found the tutorial from the lovely Sarah of Polka Dots and Rosebuds. I fell in love with the look and I needed a cute mani for the wedding that I attended this weekend. It was perfect for the occasion.

I used to blog over at Positively Positive and I absolutely loved what I accomplished with that blog, but over the last few months, I changed and what I wanted to do with the blog changed. So, i decided it was time for a fresh start! So if you are following me from Positively Positive, thanks! I absolutely love all of my readers. If you are new, then, I can't wait to get to know you! It truly is amazing how friendships can form through blogland! 

Now, I am joining up with Glitter and Gloss in Mani Monday! I absolutely love doing my nails (when I find the time.) Its a fantastic creative outlet and way to show your own personal style. I have a difficult time finding the time to do my nails, but I intend to make more time for myself!
